Questions

What do you need from me?
Your store URL. That is the whole setup. We read the public storefront the way a shopper would, build a brand profile and import up to 30 products.
Which stores work?
Any public storefront we can reach — Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, a custom build. If a page needs JavaScript to render, we render it.
Do the ads go live automatically?
No. Everything we publish to Meta is created paused, in your own ad account. Nothing spends money until you switch it on in Ads Manager.
Do I need a Meta account?
Only to publish. You can paste a URL, generate and approve creative without connecting anything, then download or publish when you are ready.
What happens when something fails?
You see the reason. Every failure carries an error code and a plain-English message in the interface, and a failed generation never costs a credit.
Where is my data?
In the EU. Our database, storage and analytics all run in EU regions, and we never sell or share your data. See the privacy notice for the full list of subprocessors.
